Returns and exchanges

When you shop at Elico you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Here is how a return works.

14-day right of withdrawal

  • You can cancel your purchase within 14 days. The period starts the day after you receive the goods.
  • If you bought a subscription, it starts the day after you receive the first delivery. If your order arrives in several deliveries, it starts the day after the last one.
  • It is enough to tell us before the period ends. Please do it in writing, by email or with the withdrawal form below.

How to return

  1. Email support@elico.se with your order number and the items you want to return. Please don't send anything back before you have contacted us.
  2. Send the items back no later than 14 days after you told us.

You are welcome to try the product carefully. If you use it more than needed to judge it, you may be liable for any loss in value.

Free returns

Returns are free. We email you a prepaid return label that you download and print. We charge no other fee for your withdrawal.

Refund

We refund the amount no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have shown that they have been sent.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

Bought directly from us and not happy? Use the product for at least 30 days and get in touch at support@elico.se, and we will help you get the most out of it. If you are still not happy, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. The return is free. The guarantee does not cover samples.
